Have talked to Sofia and she has knowledge of conquest stuff as well as Xen. If there are no objections I would like to nominate them as the officers in control of conquest. Of course Mike being GM has the final say on all matters.

This doesn't fix the problem with an officer opening new lands when they shouldn't so I would like to hear solutions to that.

I know xen can run it. She practically does anyway. However even when she is not very active due to irl things she still logs on to post about conquest.

As for officers tagging land they shouldn't we simply need a compiled list of every officer. Those that do not respond to chat this or any communication should not be an officer. That's really the only way we can figure it out

Another good reason to discuss things! Didn't know Nick knew conquest stuff or I had forgotten it. Sorry Nick. I'll remove my previous proposal until we figure out who wants to do what.

We have 19 officers, there are several that haven't even replied yet. I one of the biggest supporters of "real life come first" but if you don't know what's going on in the guild that's when the problems start. I'll give a list of who has replied to Mike. Do y'all think the non replies should have stripes removed?

Hmm activity is a membership requirement productivity and responsibility are officer requirements. At least that's how I've always seen it and lack of communication is a problem throught the guild only about 40% appear to have any communication, which for the most part is ok with non-officers but there are times when we need them to do things. i.e. raising hp, improving certain things (as much as I like independence and self growth, some things simply must be met or the person is more of and obstacle than an asset).

We should see what Michael says. But I personally feel every officer needs to be reached daily just to touch base and be on same page thru the corse of conquest battles land ownership and Loe

So i want to start evaluating how beat to reinforce our guild battle towers. As mentioned earlier in chat, we have an extraordinarily large amount of rogues, i would like to start getting people to switch over to mages or clerics. I would like to get the towers balanced between the classes as much as we can. With in reason since the point is still to have fun, but if we can switch even 10-15 rogues to mages and clerics it would be awesome. Please start talking to people in chat about it :-)

If we are going to do this can we please start using it? Cat is right we need to communicate :-) we have an awesome chance at turning this into an even better guild but it does start with us. Thanks everyone :-)

Just a reminder. What rogues we do have are only really needed in attack tower. Otherwise their lack if defensive capabilities makes them an obstacle
