Officer assignments

I made the suggestion to both Cat and Michael, but for transparency and open communication sake wanted to post here for all officers. What Cat and M decide to do is cool... I suggested that each officer have a primary task and a secondary task, so that we can still all enjoy our lives but we still have structure. :-)

And that is a sound strategy. Thank you. LoM and Monster Summoning will each have two officers assigned. LoE will have 3. Those assignments will be finalized and announce very soon.

Officers not assigned to a specific task are no less important. They are also the backbone to hold this guild together. They have been selected due to their dedication and committment to the guild and their knowledge of CA workings. Officers should be active and set a solid example for the activity level that is expected. If you don't have the time to dedicate to the game evidenced by your battle point total then you don't have time to lead. No shame in that but officers will have a higher standard than the rest of the guild no matter how you arrived here or where you came from. All officers should make efforts to police the guild but not with a heavy hand or in a demeaning way. If it is time to get harsh direct the problem to me and I will handle it accordingly. If I need to hit the magic purple (boot) button I will. Officers are expected to be active n chat and help to lead us into battle. The first officer to begin calling a battle will generally keep charge of it unless they wish to pass the call to someone else. We are still a bit too random with our battle strategies. Too many times I join a bit late and have no idea what we are doing. Chat should be used to call towers and specific targets so late comers can jump in and make an effective entrance. More on tactics later. The point is for officers to be active in chat and take charge! More later.

First round of officer placement suggestions... LOM Xen and jerb. Guild monster- t-bone renhorde and Jin, LOE Titanium and Cat, Guild battle- silver, aidy and Sofia. Thoughts?

Each officer will be responsible for maintaining their section and are there for questions and concerns.
Please speak to officers before doing any summoning. All officers will be assisting during guild battles.
