It seems that given a clear structure most people will happily follow a strategy that helps the team. We have members that have joined form - 4? - different guilds recently. I did not learn much in my first two guilds, quite a bit more in Mah'alleinir and still have plenty of gaps now. I think most people do not know what to do with LoE. Partly because Conquest itself only appeared fairly recently on the phones, which is all I and presumably many others have seen. Likewise essence trading. Means those users are behind on developing those and also less informed. Could we start by using the in-game guild notices to suggest basic daily routines? Doesn't need to stay up long, but I bet it increases participation in LoE 30 energy contributions and routine conquest sieging. If that is effective, could then also be used for more complex processes: none of it is hard, once you know what to do, and why. Easy to miss chat notices.

One other thing: I can't open this forum on the phone, means much less regular checking. It may work with google chrome, which Benjamin just suggested I download, will find out soon. Again, I am probably not the only one: reduces participation therefore.

1st loE coming up tmw morn. Have pm'd darko & titanium to summon. Pm i sent: Darko/titanium summon us a castle to go to war with. Make it easy one (no clerics over lvl). Tag one tower only. Announce in chat new loE, Name of guild, dmg tower or whatever tower only. Send pm to Michael, hellcat, nick/titanium. All of us will re-announce throughout day til we have killed em all. Remind ppl to not hit lvl 2 in that tower cuz then we have to kill it too before we claim storage & exp. remember if we don't announce it, nobody will battle. Also remind ppl they can join as rogue poison a few then jump out & whirlwind. Poison, poly or confuse every other one in tower so whirlwind can clean up. We are allowed to screw up s few times til we get everyone to think the same. Also if 2nd tower is tagged say something. Ppl who screw usually dont know they r screwing up but will read chat & learn. Best to summon loE early am before all good ones are gone. Don't forget to chk to make sure 1 is not already summoned. We want to do 1 every other day so timer will completely expire. Bef we do next one then when we get good we can summon sev in one day

Castle reorganization needed: zero clerics over 300 in attack tower, 5 clerics over lvl 300 in defense tower, 4 clerics over lvl 300 in damage tower, 2 cleric over lvl 300 in Hp tower. We really need at least 2 in each towr plz
